The waitlist service featured on this website allows you to register your interest for a training course.  Using our expertise and knowledge of the IT training marketplace, we will co-ordinate the demand from our customers and intelligently schedule public or specialised courses at a location and time convenient to you. Simply complete the on-line waitlist form and an education representative will contact you to discuss your request and keep you informed of the course scheduling progress.

Entering your details does not commit you but simply informs us of market demand for specific courses, allowing us to keep you up-to-date about training opportunities.

How to use the Waitlist Service
To schedule a core course at a time convenient to you:
-  Select your technical area of interest in the Course Schedule;
-  Click on the ‘Waitlist Service’ link adjacent to Course Title;
-  Complete the Course Details form;
-  An educational representative will be in touch to discuss your request.

You can also use this service to enter the details of more specialised courses. Simply click on the Waitlist Service link  and complete the Course Details form.

1. Q. Am I committed to a course after I use the Waitlist Service?
   A. No. By using the Waitlist service you are simply letting us know that you have a demand for a course. You will not be committed until you have formally booked a course.
2. Q. What happens after I fill in the Course Details form?
   A. An education representative will be in contact shortly after registering your interest. This will be an opportunity to discuss your request in more depth and ascertain your training requirements. Eclectic will then coordinate demand from our customer base and get the course you want scheduled. 
3. Q. How long will a course take to schedule?
   A. This depends on the course in question. Some core courses are extremely popular and can be scheduled in a relatively short space of time. More specialised courses may take a little longer to schedule. You will however be kept informed at regular intervals throughout the course scheduling process. We will be honest if we are unable to canvass demand for a course, and will provide alternatives where possible.
4. Q. Are there any hidden costs?
   A. No. Eclectic pride ourselves on the relationships we have with our customer base. This completely free service provides you with further training support whilst allowing us to proactively meet your individual training requirements.
