Eclectic announce change of company ownership

With effect from 13^th February 2006, Eclectic Group will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Glen Group Plc. Glen is headquartered in Scotland and currently has one trading division called Glen Communications. With offices across the UK, Glen Communications delivers telecom and IT services to SME companies.

As a publicly quoted company, Glen has very ambitious plans for growth and with the acquisition of Eclectic, is looking to expand and develop its IT services offerings. Eclectic will be the flagship division at the forefront of this expansion.

There will be no change in our management, strategy, services or partnership arrangements. We continue to run our BI Consultancy and IT Training services, trading as Eclectic Group, from our existing premises in Glasgow, Edinburgh and London.

As a Plc, the next phase of our development will see accelerated organic growth as well as expansion through acquisition.
