Successful candidates will ideally be pursuing a career path which ultimately leads to working as a consultant in Eclectic’s specialist field of Business Intelligence. You will be working on leading edge technologies for many of our blue chip customers.

Applications will be considered from candidates with a degree in IT, Engineering, Maths or Science favouring candidates with a strong computing and programming background and a good general understanding of IT.

Coupled with solid technical skills you will possess excellent communication, written and organisational skills. Salary and bonus structure are generous and won’t be a barrier if you have the flair and ambition to elevate yourself from the rest.

10-15 - About Eclectic Group

10-30 - Team working test based around a development project

11-00 - Coffee & Biscuits

11.15 - Tests on general IT knowlege & Aptitude test (30 mins each)

12-45 - Lunch

2-00 Onwards - Final one to one interviews
